Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. For product returns that are not due to a Valittu error, you will need to ship the item at your own expense. All items should be returned to:

Eligibility

All returned merchandise must be purchased from Valittu.com and returned within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please do not use UPS for your return shipment. We are only able to accept returned packages via USPS or FedEx.

Returns Due to Valittu Error

If you are returning an item due to a Valittu error, please contact our customer support team at valittu.brand@gmail.com , to receive a merchandise return label.
Please note we are currently unable to provide return labels for international shipments.

Return Label Instructions

If a merchandise return label is provided, the label number must be clearly visible on the outside of every returned package. The returned package should include a copy of your purchase receipt.

Package Weight

No return shipment carton may exceed 50 lbs in weight.

Condition of Items

All orders must be returned in their original packaging to receive a full refund. Used items are not eligible for a full refund.

Refund Process

Once the returned merchandise is received, a credit will be issued to the original payment method.
