Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking information to follow your package.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
We ship using USPS, FedEx, and DHL.
West Coast deliveries typically take 1–2 business days.
East Coast deliveries typically take 3–5 business days.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide using DHL.
Estimated delivery is 1–2 weeks.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which must be paid before your order is released.
Holiday Shipping Notice
USA: Orders placed after December 15 may not arrive by December 24 / Christmas.
International: Orders placed after December 3 may not arrive by December 24 / Christmas.
Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will have the return shipping cost deducted.
Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. Requests submitted after 7 days may not be eligible for resolution.
Order Modifications & Cancellations
Changes to an order (quantity, address, product) can be made within 12 hours of placing the order.
Cancellations are possible within 12 hours of order placement. After this time, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
